Needed is about 45 minutes of time, 1 oz (2 TBSP aka 28 grams) spoiled/curdled or fresh, defrosted liquid breast milk. And a kitchen stove, with a cookware pan, in conjunction with the preservation and hardening powder. Lastly, the precious goods will need to air dry and harden for 2-3 days- and then… enjoy for many decades.
