This is my 3rd headphone set I’ve tried to get working on my work laptop, and my 3rd headset I am returning. The previous two had no dongle and while connected to the laptop when I ran Zoom or Teams, I got a buzz, the laptop locked up then my connection to the headset was severed.

This one has a dedicated dongle. It connected almost immediately, setup was a dream! Then I launched/tested on Zoom & Teams video conferencing. Also worked. Recipients stated I was extremely clear. The sound was great too.

Then I noticed I heard in the distance someone doing yard work. I shouldn’t have, as I have (supposedly) noise-canceling headphones. I looked at the headset controls, then the manual. No button or switch to activate NC. The manual says it has noise canceling, but now how it works.

I had to go to their website for support. First, this model isn’t even listed on their site. That should be a warning sign. After a few minutes of searching, I went to the FAQ and saw an entry about NC. Their answer is NC is passive and uses “AI” technology to determine if it needs to be active or not, *when using your microphone*. So if you have your headset on, but not in a video conference or anything, it won’t come on no matter how much noise is going on around you. BIG negative for me.

Then the sound itself. It seems the headset goes into “standby” or “sleep mode” often. Because when, say when I get an email notice sound) there’s a split-second delay in the sound, missing the initial part of that chime while it “wakes up”. Between this and starting music or YT videos, that initial delay makes it feel like you’ve been on mute and unmuted during the play. Very distracting for me.

Overall for the money, this has two huge shortcomings of this headset. So now I’m returning my third set and searching for a fourth.

The headphones do exactly as they state. The noise canceling isn’t the best but for my use, in a office, it’s perfect. Enough noise cancelling that I feel comfortable with while still allowing enough noise to get my attention when needed. They are very comfortable. I would buy these again

I use this in my truck because the hands free in the stereo is terrible. I can leave it turned on and use it just for phone calls or for whatever I’m listening to. The other end can’t hear all the road noise around me and the calls are sharp and clear. Long battery life too. I would pay more for a model with active noise canceling to reduce the road noise and drive in silence. But over all I’m happy with it.

Works relatively well when connected to the pc for teams calls, with cell phone connected for music in between. battery lasts over 8 hours. Sound is okay, not for an audiophile, but adequate. Earcups are a little small, and puts enough pressure on the ear to be uncomfortable after an hour or so. Microphone works well, auto mute when boom is raised is a good idea, though prompt is a little annoying.

Ordered a pair for the wife last January and liked them so well I got myself a pair in April.
On 07/24/23 the left headset and microphone broke off the wife’s.
I immediately contacted the company about the issue and today 07/29/23
a replacement unit was received.
These folks actually were very sorry it happened and jumped on the problem.
Had great communication. Furnished me a tracking number and USPS said they had
the label but not the unit. Next day the unit arrived.
If I could I’d give these folks a Ten Star as they really stand behind their product.

Headphones works as advertised. After submitting a warranty claim. I received the replacement in the same week. Will buy from this seller again.

While it’s not exactly what I was expecting, I am still enjoying the headphones. I The mic does not cancel ambient noise….maybe it selectively cancsls noise but it doesn’t cancel everything. Also if the environment is noisey it doesn’t block the noise…just I can hear the headphone sounds over the noise…so it’s bad for ears. I have found that the headphones are very responsive for talk to text…and for general phone calls. I can use my work tunes for the loud environments.

VERY NICE PACKAGING AND FIT PERFECT. BATTERY LIFE COULD BE A LITTLE BETTER BUT LAST ABOUT 5 HOURS ON A CHARGE.
